THE BUILDING IS SPLIT VERTICALLY IN THE CENTRE CREATING VERTICAL GARDENS AND AREA FOR SUSTAINABLE REJOICE. ROOF AND FLOOR TERRACES ARE DESIGNED IN ABUNDANCE TO MAXIMIZE THE USAGE OF GREEN SPACES AND FRESH AIR. THIS ALSO CREATES A BUFFER FROM DIRECT SUNLIGHT.
THE BUIDLING HAS FULL OPERATIONAL CAPABILITIES TO CATER AND EXPAND PEMRA NEEDS. VERTICAL ACCESS MANAGEMENT HAS THOUGHTFULLY TAKEN CARE AS PER THE NEED FOR PEMRA OFFICE AND RENTAL PREMISES IF OBTAINED.
